Who is asking

What we collect
The email address you type to open a demo. Nothing else is asked of you. The server also records, for each access: a one-way hash of your IP combined with the date, a one-way hash of your email, the demo requested, the language and the two-letter country Cloudflare reports. Your IP address itself is never stored.
Why
To know who is looking at our software, to follow up commercially, and to stop one person from hammering the wall. That is the whole of it.
Where it goes
The email address goes to our CRM, HubSpot (HubSpot Inc., United States), which is where our commercial team works. It is not sold, rented or shared with anyone else. If HubSpot is unreachable at that moment, the address is held in our own database until we can move it, and deleted after.
Cookies
One cookie, named swmdev. It carries a signed pass and a random session id, nothing about you — no name, no email. It is HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax, and it expires in 30 days. We set no analytics or advertising cookies on this subdomain, which is why there is no cookie banner in your way.
How long
Access records: rolling, kept only as long as they are useful for rate limiting and demand reporting. Demo session state: six hours, purged automatically. Your contact record in HubSpot: until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability. Write to hello@sellwithmarketing.com and we will act on it. Asking us to delete you is one email and we will not argue.
What the demos do with data
Nothing you type inside a demo is personal data: the warehouse, its items, lots, orders and customers are invented. Your actions inside a demo live for six hours under a random id and are then gone.
